<br /> OBSERVATIONS:Warm water at Subway counter hand sink is at 112F and sink is a non adjustable faucet.
<br /> Provide water at this sink between 100F-108F.
<br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:An adequate,protected,pressurized,potable supply of hot water and cold water shall be provided at all times.
