Submit a statement <br /> and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department describing the storage <br /> and final disposition of the cleaned up waste. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class ll. <br /> 501 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label stationary hazardous waste tanks. <br /> OBSERVATION: The hazardous waste tank storing used antifreeze has an illegible label. The hazardous waste <br /> label that corresponds to this tank is placed on the secondary containment wall and lacks an accumulation start <br /> date. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste tanks shall be marked with the words"Hazardous Waste"and the <br /> accumulation start date. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION:Affix a hazardous waste label on the used antifreeze tank with the words"Hazardous <br /> Waste"and the accumulation start date.
