CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> In the hazardous waste storage area: <br /> -One blue 55 gallon steel drum containing used oil (full)was missing a hazardous waste label. <br /> -One black 55 gallon steel drum containing used oil (full) was observed with a hazardous waste label missing the <br /> hazardous property and accumulation start date. The name and address of the generator were also illegible. <br /> -One red 55 gallon steel drum containing used oil (3/4 full) was observed with a hazardous waste label missing the <br /> hazardous property, physical property, accumulation start date, and the name and address of the generator. <br /> -One black 55 gallon steel drum containing oily absorbent(1/2 full) was observed with a faded, illegible hazardous <br /> waste label. <br /> -One black 55 gallon steel drum containing oily absorbent(full)was observed with a hazardous waste label missing <br /> the hazardous property and accumulation start date. The name and address of the generator were incorrectly <br /> labeled as Toy's R Us, 1624 Army Court, Stockton. <br /> -Four 5 gallon plastic buckets containing used oil were observed missing hazardous waste labels. <br /> -One black 55 gallon steel drum containing used paper and unpunctured/uncrushed metal oil filters was observed <br /> with a hazardous waste label missing the hazardous property, accumulation start date,physical property, name and <br /> address of the generator, and the words "Hazardous Waste." <br /> All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> -the words "Hazardous Waste" <br /> -name and address of generator <br /> -hazardous properties <br /> -physical state <br /> - composition (contents) <br /> - accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all hazardous waste containers are marked with all the required <br /> information. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> On Thursday 6/13/2019 Ramos Oil Environmental left 4 new empty 55 gallon drums. All 4 drums were marked and <br /> stickered with what is to be put in them. <br /> We also had a meeting on site that any time any item is put into any of the drums, it is to be clearly marked on the <br /> outside sticker of that drum. <br /> Please see attached back up &photos. <br /> Corrective Action Compleated. <br /> This concludes the San Joaquin Environmental Health Department,Notice of Violation's corrective action's as well <br /> as the back up. <br /> If anything further is needed please feel free to contact me directly, my information is below. <br /> Regards, <br /> Tommy Sodaro <br /> HWF, Inc. - Senior Vice President <br /> 1604 Tillie Lewis.
