The letter states that <br /> the water will be used as make-up water in fertilizer solutions which will be applied to crops. <br /> The letter also states that Mr. Scott Hudson, Agricultural Commissioner for San Joaquin County, <br /> has approved disposal with the condition that the Board concur.
