The water, which has 15 mg/1
nitrate, 53 mg/1 ammonia, 0.51 gg/1 trichloroethene, and 0.025 gg/1 of ethylene dibromide, is to be
applied to crops at agronomic rates. As I wrote in my 8 June 1998 letter, use of the water would
need to be approved by Mr. Hudson. Ms. Kneiblher stated that Mr. Hudson did not have any
objections to water applied as fertilizer solutions. Use of the groundwater as fertilizer make-up
water to be applied at agronomic rates is approved. Please include in the next quarterly report a
description of when and where the water was applied.
If you have any questions, I can be contacted at (916) 255-3082.
6(pv'g, 9[ZM--X-14
DAVID F.
