Based upon termination <br /> of the VCA, the subject property will remain on DTSC's internet based EnviroStor <br /> database, and will be listed with an "Agreement Status" of "Terminated", indicating that <br /> the VCA was terminated prior to the completion of the Agreement. The project will also <br /> continue to be listed in our EnviroStor database with a "Project Status" of "Inactive - <br /> Needs Evaluation". <br /> DTSC's understands that the Cabral - McAdams Site property is currently vacant and <br /> available for purchase. It is important to note that the property requires further <br /> assessment and remediation prior to any proposed change in the current land use to <br /> ensure protection of public health and the environment.
