0,0" <br /> Patriot <br /> Environmental 5ervi�es <br /> NATIONAL PREPAREDNESS FOR <br /> RESPONSE EXERCISE PROGRAM (NPREP) <br /> YEAR 2018 DOCUMENTATION <br /> 2018 ACTUAL SPILL RESPONSES-EQUIPMENT DEPLOYMENT- "UNANNOUNCED" <br /> 01/31/2018 - Williams Tank Lines 9000 gallon tanker truck containing Automotive Unleaded <br /> Gasoline overturned and ignited into Bear Creek near Immigrant Gap, CA releasing an estimated <br /> 8400 gallons of product. Once the associated creek and tanker fire was extinguished by Cal Fire, <br /> Patriot Environmental Services (PES) responded to the release and assisted Cal Fire and Pacific <br /> Gas and Electric (PG&E) deploy their onsite river booms. Additionally, PES placed absorbent <br /> boom and pads in selected catch points as required. Quantities of product lost are unknown due <br /> to ignition and subsequent fire. PES was not involved in quantification of collected run <br /> off/rinseate throughout associated creek. Williams Tank lines third party consultant Apex <br /> Envirotech will be working with involved agencies on any follow up actions required related to <br /> additional creek bank remediation, passive collection efforts, waste management, transportation <br /> and disposal. This response lasted 4 days.
