Emergency Response Action Plan Version :27.10.4 <br /> Location of Alarm / Notification System <br /> There are various alarms within the terminal from fire alarms, ESD's and tank HI & HI HI level <br /> alarms. When the fire alarm is activated an automatic alarm will be send to third party <br /> monitoring company and depending on the type of alarm a notification to the Fire Department <br /> will be sent. Tank HI HI level alarms will send an automatic signal to Kinder Morgan pipeline <br /> which will start a controlled shut down of the pipeline. Fire, ESD's and tank HI & HI HI level <br /> alarms will sound an audible alarm which can be heard throughout the terminal and a beacon <br /> light alarm panel will illuminate which can be seen from the loading rack and tank farm areas. <br /> The alarm panel will indicate appropriate action to take depending on the type of alarm <br /> example - evacuate to muster location. All alarms are also displayed in the operator's office <br /> on the HMI screen. <br /> Centralized Check-In Area for Roll Call <br /> All employees will meet at the Evacuation Assembly Points and check in with their immediate <br /> supervisor(s). <br /> Mitigation Command Center <br /> The designated command center will be the conference room within facility. If it is unsafe to <br /> use the conference room, an Alternate Command Post will be set in one of the Port of <br /> Stockton conference rooms or at a local hotel until it is safe to return to terminal office. <br /> On-Site Shelter <br /> If condition permits, the situation may call for the employee's to "shelter in place", the <br /> Terminal Office has been designated as the shelter in place location. Close all doors and <br /> windows and turn off heating/air conditioning equipment.
