Emergency Response Action Plan Version :27.10.4 <br /> Supply • <br /> • Participate in Logistics Section/Support Branch planning activities. <br /> • Determine the type and amount of supplies en route. <br /> • Review the IAP for information on operations of the Supply Unit. <br /> • Develop and implement safety and security requirements. <br /> • Order, receive, distribute, and store supplies and equipment. <br /> • Receive and respond to requests for personnel, supplies, and equipment. <br /> • Maintain an inventory of supplies and equipment. <br /> • Service reusable equipment. <br /> • Submit reports to the Support Branch Director. <br /> Facility Unit Leader <br /> • Review the IAP. <br /> • Participate in Logistics Section/Support Branch planning activities. <br /> • Determine requirements for each facility, including the ICP. <br /> • Prepare layouts of incident facilities. <br /> • Notify Unit Leaders of facility layout. <br /> • Activate incident facilities. <br /> • Provide Base and Camp Managers and personnel to operate facilities. <br /> • Provide sleeping facilities and security services. <br /> • Provide facility maintenance services (e.g., sanitation, lighting, clean up). <br /> • Demobilize Base and Camp facilities. <br /> • Maintain facility records. <br /> SupportGround <br /> • Participate in Support Branch/Logistics Section planning activities. <br /> • Develop and implement the Traffic Plan. <br /> • Support out-of-service resources. <br /> • Notify the Resources Unit of all status changes on support and transportation vehicles. <br /> • Arrange for and activate fueling, maintenance, and repair of ground resources. <br /> • Maintain Support Vehicle Inventory and transportation vehicles (ICS Form 218). <br /> • Provide transportation services, IAW requests from the LSC or Support Branch Director. <br /> • Collect information on rented equipment. <br /> • Requisition maintenance and repair supplies (e.g., fuel, spare parts). <br /> • Maintain incident roads. <br /> • Submit reports to Support Branch Director as directed. <br /> SupportVessel <br /> • Participate in Support Branch/Logistics Section planning activities. <br /> • Coordinate development of the Vessel Routing Plan. <br /> • Coordinate vessel transportation assignments with the Protection and Recovery Branch or other <br /> sources of vessel transportation. <br /> • Coordinate water-to-land transportation with the Ground Support Unit, as necessary. <br /> • Maintain a prioritized list of transportation requirements that need to be scheduled with the <br /> transportation source. <br /> • Support out-of-service vessel resources, as requested. <br /> • Arrange for fueling, dockage, maintenance and repair of vessel resources, as requested. <br /> • Maintain inventory of support and transportation vessels. <br /> Shell Supply and Distribution ERAP-54 Stockton Terminal FRP <br /> ©2019 Witt O' Brien's Revision Date:October, 2019 <br />
