The waste was a solid that had leaked from the bottom of a Trash dumpster stored in <br /> the area. GPS Coordinates of sample location: longitude: -121.263010; latitude: 37.907615 (see <br /> Attachment 1, Sample Location Map). <br /> Sample Information/Field Observations: <br /> The sample was a foamy, hard, tannish-brown substance and was collected from the ground under a 40- <br /> yard metal dumpster labeled "Trash". The waste appeared to have leaked out of the bottom of the <br /> container to the ground and then solidified into a small pile.
