The tote was stored in the Empty Tote Storage Area of the <br /> facility, which is near the eastern perimeter of the facility, midway between the north and south facility <br /> perimeters. GPS Coordinates of sample location: longitude: -121.261645; latitude: 37.908438 (see <br /> Attachment 1, Sample Location Map). <br /> Sample Information/Field Observations: <br /> The sample was a clear, light yellow solution.
