This area is along the eastern perimeter of the facility, approximately midway between the south <br /> and north facility perimeters. GPS Coordinates of sample location: longitude: -121.261649; latitude: <br /> 37.908854 (see Attachment 1, Sample Location Map). <br /> Sample Information/Field Observations: <br /> The sample was a rust-brown colored, dirty liquid collected from a white, round, plastic, 5-gallon bucket <br /> with a yellow lid. There were four of these buckets stored in the area, each ranging from 1/2 full to <br /> completely full.
