This area is along the eastern perimeter of the facility, approximately midway between the south <br /> and north facility perimeters. GPS Coordinates of sample location: longitude: -121.261649; latitude: <br /> 37.908854 (see Attachment 1, Sample Location Map). <br /> Sample Information/Field Observations: <br /> The sample was a rust-brown colored, dirty liquid collected from a white, round, plastic, 5-gallon bucket <br /> with a yellow lid. There were four of these buckets stored in the area, each ranging from 1/2 full to <br /> completely full. At least one of the buckets had a sticker on it with the words, "Hydrotest Wash Water". <br /> The containers appeared to be in good condition but did not have hazardous waste labels and the lids were <br /> not firmly closed. <br /> Reynon said that the buckets were rinsate from the rinsing out of empty compressed gas cylinders that <br /> previously held chlorine gas. <br /> Field Observations: none <br /> Field testing and other pertinent info: a pH strip used to measure the water showed a pH of approximately <br /> 2. <br /> Analysis for sample location: ❑ total metals ® soluble metals ❑ TCLP ❑ mercury ❑ Chrom 6 ❑ <br /> PCBs ® pH ❑ flash pt ❑ fish bioassay ❑ asbestos ❑ motor oil range ❑ diesel range <br /> ❑ total petroleum hydrocarbons ❑ VOCs ❑ Semivol ❑ < 100 micron size ❑ other(specify): <br /> Photos: See Attachment 4, Photo #'s: 29-35 <br /> Page 8 of 12 <br />
