Any <br /> material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the facility's business plan. The 24 New <br /> Federal Hazard Categories has not been update for all the chemicals in CERS. The Hazardous Materials Inventory <br /> submittal with twenty-four(24) new federal hazard <br /> categories adopted by the United States Environmental Protection Agency(U.S. EPA)in 2018. <br /> Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System(CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the <br /> materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2)Failed to complete and/or submit a site map with all required content. <br /> A site map was not completed with all the required elements and submitted as part of the business plan. The site <br /> map did not address the locations of all the chemicals. The site map listed the type of containers the chemicals <br /> stored at( Fiber, and Metal Drums), but did not list the name of the chemicals. The A site map shall contain a north <br /> orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, <br /> emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, and emergency <br /> response equipment. If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as <br /> "NA". Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, <br /> upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 7 HSC 25505(a)(3)Failed to establish and/or submit emergency response procedures for a release or threatened <br /> release. <br /> The emergency response procedure has incomplete information. The Emergency Contingency Plan in CERS listed <br /> the CUPA phone number(20 468-342). The correct phone number for the CUPA is 209-468-3420. The San Joaquin <br /> County General Hospital phone number listed as 20468600-The correct phone number for SJC General Hospital is <br /> (209)468-6000.
