Statement of Conformity - 4723 S B Street, Stockton, CA :A'
,60
Companies
areas are to be treated with hardscape varieties to ensure lacking any attraction of birds and
related wildlife.
Irrigation for the grass within the South B Street right-of-way will be design/build by the irrigation
installer. The irrigation system will be fed from the proposed water service to the building.
The SPP states that a double row of street trees will be planted every 30 feet on either side of B
Street and in the median. The airport has requested that no trees be planted as part of the air
cargo project so that birds and other wild life are not attracted to the area. The project will require
a waiver for not planting trees along the project frontage per the B Street plan in the SPP.
Utilities
The proposed site improvements include provision for building utilities including water, sanitary
sewer, natural gas, electric and data/comm services. All new service lateral shall be installed
underground from existing mains located in South B Street.
Proposed water services include an 8" diameter connection to the existing main. At the building,
the water will be divided into a 4" diameter domestic service line and a 6" diameter fire service
line.
Proposed sanitary sewer will be a 6" diameter PVC gravity line installed at a minimum slope of
2.0% and will connect to the existing sanitary line located in South B Street.
Proposed electric, telephone and data/comm lines will be installed in a duct bank.
Service, loading and storage areas
There are no public services proposed associated with this application. Air cargo will be unloaded
and loaded into the building for basic sortation and loading onto trucks for delivery services. All
storage will be within the building. There is no external storage planned or proposed for this site.
Transit stops/connections to alternative transportation
There is a ride-share shelter proposed as part of this application. The ride-share shelter will be
located approximately 65-feet west of the building entrance.
The closest San Joaquin Regional Transit District (RTD) bus stop is located at the intersection of
B Street and Industrial Drive on Route 44 of the San Joaquin RTD. The bus top is approximately
1.0 miles from the air cargo facility.
Signage
Site signage includes the facility identification sign to be located in the vicinity of the site access
drive. All other site signage consists primarily of wayfinding signage. Signage included consists
of stop signs, on-site speed limits, speed bump warning signs and ADA parking.
May 5, 2020 Page 3 of 4
