B STREET <br /> (APN 177-260-34) <br /> In response to your letter received January 24, 2020, copy attached, City staff from the Community <br /> Development and Municipal Utilities Departments have reviewed your request for sanitary sewer <br /> and water services to the subject property, which is located outside the City limits of the City of <br /> Stockton. Review by the Community Development Department is limited to General Plan <br /> conformity and participation in Areas of Benefit. The following information is provided as a result of <br /> that review: <br /> Community Development Department <br /> The Community Development Department has determined that the site does conform to the City of <br /> Stockton's General Plan. <br /> The property owner shall sign a Conditional Utility Service Agreement for future annexation to the <br /> City of Stockton on demand by the City. <br /> Municipal Utilities Department- Sanitary Sewer <br /> The subject parcel is within the City's Sanitary Sewer Collection System No. 8 and is not <br /> connected to the City sewer. The point of connection is the existing 27-inch sewer main in S. B St. <br /> at E. Earhart Ave. <br /> Municipal Utilities Department-Water <br /> The subject parcel is not currently served by a City water system. There is adequate capacity in <br /> the City's Southern Water System to serve the proposed project. The point of connection is the <br /> existing 12-inch water line in S. B St. at E. Earhart Ave. Service connection shall conform to City <br /> standards. <br />
