B STREET <br /> (APN 177-260-34) <br /> Municipal Utilities Department-- Storm Sewer <br /> The subject parcel is not within the City's storm sewer system. Please contact the San Joaquin <br /> County Public Works Department at (209) 468-3000 for information regarding storm drainage. <br /> Local Agency Formation Commission of San Joaquin County <br /> All applications outside the City's jurisdictional boundaries are subject to Local Agency Formation <br /> Commission of San Joaquin County (LAFCO) review, fees and approval. LAFCO approval is <br /> required prior to the City of Stockton approval. <br /> Other Comments <br /> The owner/developer shall be responsible for all costs involved in the design and extension of all <br /> sewer and water mains and laterals to serve this project in accordance with City standards, <br /> including permit acquisition. <br /> All connections to City maintained utilities requires an encroachment permit from the City's Public <br /> Works Department. <br /> Because the project is located in the County area, County permits for work done in the street right- <br /> of-way <br /> ight- <br /> ofway will be required. <br /> Existing septic systems and water wells shall be abandoned in compliance with San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department requirements. <br /> Upon payment of all appropriate fees and charges, completion of any required General Plan <br /> Amendment, and approval and construction of all required utilities including master planned <br /> improvements, the City of Stockton can provide sanitary sewer and water services to the subject <br /> property. All necessary permits must be obtained before connection to City utilities is allowed. <br />
