FOOD WAS <br /> CONSUMED AROUND 3-4 PM AND BOTH STARTED FEELING SICK SAME DAY AROUND 5PM. SYMPTOMS <br /> INCLUDED STOMACH CRAMPS, VOMITING AND DIARRHEAALONG WITH SEVERE HEADACHES . 9 MONTH OLD <br /> CHILD, CONSUMED CARROTS FROM THE SAME RESTAURANT AND HAS DIARRHEA <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe.
