SAN J 0 A Q U 1 N Environmental Health Department <br /> U ; i y 1 Iii <br /> Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> WRENCHERS 540 N GRANT ST, STOCKTON July 22, 2019 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 605 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> OBSERVATIONS: <br /> Two 55-gallon drums full of used oil in suite 22. Barry Vlught stated that this oil is his responsibility and was <br /> abandoned by a previous tenant. <br /> One 55-gallon drum which contained paint, a fluorescent tube(broken), and an oil filter stored in the storage area <br /> across from suite 23 and labeled with the words"hazardous waste". <br /> REGULATION: <br /> All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> -the words"Hazardous Waste" <br /> -name and address of generator <br /> -hazardous properties <br /> -physical state <br /> -composition (contents) <br /> -accumulation start date <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label these containers and ensure that all containers are marked with all the <br /> required information. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 704 CCR 66273.33(b) UW handler failed to properly manage universal waste lamps. <br /> OBSERVATION: Ten 8-feet long universal waste lamps were in the storage room. Two lamps were in boxes that <br /> could not be closed. <br /> REGULATION: Universal waste(UW)lamps shall be stored in compatible, closed containers. <br /> CORRECTION: Store UW lamps in closed containers. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 712 CCR 66273.34 UW handler(UWH)failed to label universal waste to identify type of universal waste. <br /> OBSERVATION: Ten 8-feet long universal waste lamps were in the storage room in unlabeled boxes. <br /> REGULATION: Universal waste shall be marked with the words"Universal Waste"and the type of waste <br /> (batteries, mercury containing equipment, lamps, electronic devices, CRTs, CRT glass). <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the boxes as"Universal Waste-lamps"and ensure that all universal <br /> wastes are labeled with the required information. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> FA0015709 PR0523261 SCO01 07/22/2019 <br /> EHD 22-01 Rev.9/20/2019 Page 7 of 8 Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator OIR <br /> 1868 E.
