CERS ID is 10185003. <br /> REGULATION: Beginning January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all new(or any changes to <br /> existing)hazardous waste information online to the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Complete the CERS information including your hazardous waste generator activity in the <br /> Businesses Activities section in CERS. Complete all relevant activities and required fields. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 303 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Failed to maintain all communication or alarm systems, spill control, or decontamination <br /> equipment. <br /> OBSERVATION: The facility does not have spill control equipment in the paint booth area (suites 28/29) <br /> REGULATION: All facilities shall be equipped with an internal communication or alarm system, a device capable of <br /> calling outside emergency help, spill control equipment, and decontamination equipment at all times. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately provide spill control equipment <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 601 CCR 66262.34(d)Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days. <br /> OBSERVATIONS: <br /> Two 55-gallon drums full of used oil in suite 22.
