The facility no longer does piercing or autoclaves equipment. All needles and tubes are purchased pre -sterilized. <br />Sterilization records were available for two lots in use in the facility. One lot of needles and one lot of tubes were <br />verified during the inspection. <br />2. Artist Michael Carter is working in the facility without a permit. Mr. Carter has been working in the facility without a <br />permit since September. <br />3. The facility will be charged $152 for this re -inspection. <br />
