SHIFT <br />POSITION HOURS: 3:00 P.M. -11:30 P.M., 7 days a week <br />AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY: 5th floor, trash setail, elavators & basement <br />SUPERVISION: Is directly responsible to the L.H.S.W. assigned this area. <br />DUTIES: <br />1. Clock in and check with Lead Housekeeping Service Worker to receive <br />shift assignment and all supplies and equipment that will be needed. <br />2. Clean the following areas on a daily basis following established <br />procedures. Perform weekly and monthly duties as scheduled or <br />assigned. <br />a. C.S.R.: <br />1. Empty and reline trash receptacles. Clean receptacles as <br />necessary. <br />2. _Clean sinks. Replenish supplies in soap and paper towel <br />dispensers. <br />3. Clean all horizontal sufaces with clean cloth and germicidal <br />detergent solution. <br />4. Spot clean walls, cupboards, doors, windows, basebord, <br />cabinets, wall attachments, fixtures, etc,. <br />5. Wet mop floor only. Do not dry mop. Be sure to thoroughly <br />wet mop floor under and behind carts, furniture and equipment. <br />Move all floor mats and wet mop underneath. <br />6. Two times weekly - High dust area (include tops of autoclaves.) <br />Clean all surfaces of baseboards, vents, shelves, trash <br />receptacles, exterior of lights and floor mats. Buff floor <br />two times weekly. Spray buff floor weekly. <br />-b. Clean 5th floor wainting room daily following established <br />procedure. Monitor throughout shift. Perform weekly and <br />montly duties as outlined in procedure for cleaning a waiting <br />area. <br />C. Clean 5th floor Dr.'s and Nurse's Dressing Rooms daily following <br />established procedure for cleaning of locker rooms and lounges. <br />Clean restrooms following established procedure. Empty soiled <br />linen daily. Spray fuff floors weekly. <br />d. Clean B-side elevators following established procedure. Buff <br />floors two times a week.
