w
Dear Sirs:
0
0
June 28, 1985
We are submitting the enclosed request for inspection of our Infectious
Waste Disposal Procedure. As of this writing, we have not been able to
find a disposal service capable of handling our infection waste in acc-
ordance with the new state regulations. This will hopefully be remedied
by August 1, 1985. In the meantime, we will be following the enclosed
procedures.
We are presently in contact with Stockton Scavenger Service and Bingham
Waste Inc. out of the Bay area. Bingham is attempting to negotiate a
pick-up schedule for this area, which may be in-service in a month or two
depending upon how permits and authorizations go.
If you have any suggestions, please contact us Cat 477-02717and ask for David
Ormiston or Don Waddell.
Thank you for your time and effort.
Sincerely,
In "O (j6agc
M.
