City of Stockt -------------------- Stocl,-+—n, California ---------- <br />0 9 <br />UMEMMIF.'Imu."ngming <br />No. 272 <br />Date: 1-16-75 <br />Permission is hereby given, under Sections 7-089 to 14-004 inc. , of <br />the Stockton Municipal Code for the period january 16,' 1,975 until revoked <br />to: STOCKTON CONVALESCENT HOSPITAL <br />to discharge industrial liquid waste into sanitary sewers from: <br />2740 North California, Stockton, CA 95204 <br />Wastes covered by this Permit shall consist of <br />skilled nursing facility effluent and food preparation <br />The City of Stockton reserves the right of the Director of <br />Public Works or his duly authorized inspectors or representatives <br />to have access at all times to the Pormitteo's preaisos and <br />facilities to check, verify, and/or regulate the various <br />provisions of this permit. <br />Wastes shall comply with all provisions of applicable sections of the <br />Stockton Municipal Code together with the special conditions and limitations <br />of this Permit and any special conditions And limitations attached hereto. <br />This Permit is,not transferable and may be revoked if used contrary to <br />the provisions of the Stockton Muaicipal Code. Compliance with the special <br />conditions of this Permit in no way relieves the Permittee from the obli- <br />gation of meeting requirements of the Industrial Waste provisions of the <br />Stockton Municipal'Code or liability for payment of costs of cleaning or <br />repatring sewers or treatment facilities occasioned by the violation of such <br />provisions. <br />Any additional information desired regarding this Permit may be <br />obtained by calling or writing the Department of Public Works, City Hall, <br />Room 317, Stockton, California, 95202, Telephone No. 944-8411. <br />THOMAS J.
