Ham Lane, Lodi , CA 95240 <br /> On 5-21-86 an inspection was conducted at the above referenced premise. <br /> The inspection identified the following violations of Title 22 California <br /> Administrative Code: <br /> l 'kYThe inhouse infectious waste containers are not properly identified. Containers shall <br /> be provided with the "Infectious Waste or "Biohazard" with the international symbol <br /> written on both sides and the lid, readily :visible. <br /> . Infectious waste bags are not properly labeled and no certification of bags strength. <br /> All bags used for infectious waste shall be red in color and conspiciously labeled <br /> with the words "Infectious Waste" or "Biohazard`° with the international biohazard symbol . <br /> 3. Infectious waste handling procedure needs to be updated includ the following: <br /> a. Method for decontamination of equipment that is exposed to infectious waste. <br /> b. Type and strength of sanitizer used. Also provide material safety data sheets. <br /> c. Eliminate burning of any infectious waste unless incinerator can meet the requirement <br /> Contact San Joaquin County APCD at 462-8526 to obtain requirements to comply. <br /> d.
