If you wish to burn such <br />waste in your incinerator, you must file an application with the District to <br />modify your existing Permit to Operate. Detailed description of the inciner- <br />ator must be submitted for the District's evaluation. If the incinerator is <br />designed properly, the Permit to Operate will be modified to allow burning of <br />plastics and/or infectious waste. <br />Enclosed is an application form for your use.
