<br />Subject: PHARMACEUTICAL REVERSE DISTRIBUTION SERVICES AGREEMENT IS NOW IN PLACE
<br />Dear Pharmacy Managers,
<br />On Monday or Tuesday next week, Guaranteed Returns® (GR) will be sending to each facility individual bar
<br />coded pharmaceutical return form/s and shipping labels plus instructions on how to pack and ship the returns,
<br />which is approximately 30 days prior to the scheduled processing date. You can ship your returns any time after
<br />you get the forms and labels.
<br />Use the return forms and shipping labels to pack up and ship to Guaranteed Returns@ all partial and/or full
<br />containers of expired, damaged, recalled, and/or overstocked drugs and pharmaceuticals, including Schedule Cl
<br />through CV items, hazardous consumer commodities, over-the-counter' (OTC) and health and beauty care
<br />HBC) items. If you are having difficulty with getting UPS to come to your facility, please call Ryan Kasper of
<br />R at 1-800-473-2138 Extension 124 and he will help you make the proper arrangements.
<br />The Disposal of all non -returnable merchandise is provided free of charge.
<br />Guaranteed Returns@ shall assume liability connected with the proper disposal of non -returnable merchandise
<br />in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
