All <br />correspondence including pricing errors, shipping errors, credits and returns should be <br />directed to Guaranteed Returns. Credits and returns will be handled as specified in <br />contract 1S-05-65-50 between AmerisourceBergen Drug Corporation and the State of <br />California. Ordering agencies with unresolved issues within five (5) working days should <br />contact Loretta Maddux, the State's contract administrator, for resolution. <br />A) The Contractor will offer Return Goods Binders for all service options and trade clients. <br />All bidders will contain program and contract information, contact names and numbers, <br />pricing schedules and all shipping labels and return forms necessary to coordinate a <br />return. <br />B) The Contractor will contact each MMCAP member to set up a visit in order to further <br />introduce the Contractor's programs being offered. <br />C) Every four months the Contractor will mail bar coded forms, shipping labels and CII <br />request forms to participating MMCAP members. <br />D) When participating MMCAP members use the Contractor's services the Contractor will <br />generate and send reports on the returned goods to the member, distributor, <br />manufacturer, and DEA and EPA, as required. <br />E) At the time of processing, the Contractor will cross-reference each returned product with <br />the respective manufacturers return policy to determine what is creditable/returnable <br />and what is non-creditable/non-returnable. In addition, the Contractor will identify all <br />"toxic" and "acute" codes for material deemed to be hazardous in accordance with 40 <br />C.F.R. 261.33 (e and f). <br />F) At 60 and 120 days after the servicing, the Contractor will issue a Credit Distribution <br />Report to the agency through the State's pharmaceutical wholesale distributor. <br />G) The Contractor will maintain contracts with all pharmaceutical manufacturers and <br />distributors with which MMCAP contracts. <br />H) The Contractor will not have any limits and/or restrictions on the number, size or <br />frequency of outdated pharmaceutical shipments. <br />1) The Contractor will not have any minimum number of shipments required of an MMCAP <br />member facility to be eligible for the contracted services and fees. <br />
