This 7 day period begins when any waste has <br />been placed in the container. <br />2. IES has contracted, with <br />Inectious Waste Control, 1801 Tully Road, Modesto, CA 95350, telephone 800-499- <br />9880, Transportation Permit 2692, to act as the transporter of medical waste generated <br />by Deuel Vocational Institution. <br />G. At the Conclusion of Each Service Call, Medical Waste Contractor Shall: <br />1 • Remove allWWW according <br />to the scheduled time frame specified <br />"Transportation of Medical Wage to Disposal Area-. <br />2. Clean and disinfect each storage bin, locker and/or area; maintain designated medical <br />waste sites free of medical waste spills and any debris related to the pickup of medical <br />waste. <br />3. Inspect all designated medical waste containers to ensure compliance with HSC, Article <br />8, commencing with Section 25080. The institution will conduct periodic inspection of <br />the storage bins and lockers and its immediate area. Contractor shall immediately <br />correct all insanitary conditions or iciencies as noted <br />by institution inspections. <br />4. Provide a completed medical waste tracking document at the time of each pick-up, <br />Pursuant to HSC, Article 6, Section 25063. The document shall be properly executed, <br />signed and dated by the Senior MTA or designee and the waste hauler at each of the <br />institution locations. Only the Senior MTA or designee shall review and sign thy: <br />original manifest (for billing authorization) prior to shipment of medical waste.
