BFI Medical Waste Systems of CA., Inc. Attachment A <br />Scope of Sen/ice -1 1- Contract Number MLT97000 <br />WASTE CONTAINER AND CONTAINMENT. RE UIREMENTS continued <br />All contractor -furnished medical waste containers and transport containers as <br />identified under MEDICAL WASTE CONTAINER LOCATIONS shall be in <br />accordance with requirements set forth in HSC, Article 8, Containment and <br />Storage. The size and locations will be determined by the institution. The <br />storage containers will be delivered to the locations specified by the institution. A <br />supply of containers will be left on each visit for the next pick-up day. <br />Contractor shall provide EPA approved, leak -proof medical waste storage <br />containers with tight fitting covers certified to meet or exceed State of California <br />standards and licensing requirements. <br />Contractor shall provide to the requesting institution's storage shed(s) for the <br />contractor furnished containers as indicated in the section below. <br />Additional types and locations of containers and storage sheds may be <br />established at a later dated as needed and as mutually agreed upon between <br />Contractor and institution. All equipment shall meet all institution security <br />measures.
