Invoices will be processed upon receipt by the Senior MTA or designee of a <br />copy of the treatment, storage and disposal (TSD) facility manifest, establishing <br />acceptance of the waste at the disposal site, and the Certificate of Disposal from the <br />ultimate disposal facility. <br />5. Provide an official scale, approved by the State Department of Food and Agriculture <br />Measurement Standards Division, to weigh medical waste.
