If a particular product is determined to be non -returnable, due to vendor <br />policy, we dispose of that product. In the case of the aforementioned products, they become <br />hazardous waste. Guaranteed Returns® becomes the generator. These products are disposed of in <br />accordance with EPA regulations. It is important to note that vendor return policies change. <br />Returnable and non -returnable criteria change. It is Guaranteed Returns position that returned <br />pharmaceuticals are potential returnable product. When they are processed here at Guaranteed <br />Returns®, they are determined to be either returnable or non- returnable. Guaranteed Returns® <br />prides itself on obtaining any credit due for our customers.
