14. 1. Policy <br />It is the policy of Sodexo Laundry Stockton to process and handle clean linen in a <br />safe and sanitary manner. <br />Production Floor Workers will be in proper attire to prevent contamination of clean <br />linen. <br />14.3. Procedures <br />• Wash hands before starting work. <br />• Employees are to wear proper attire at all times. No employee will be <br />allowed to wear false fingernails and/or nail polish. <br />• All employees will wear a hair cover that fully covers hair at all times on the <br />production floor. <br />12.09 -37- <br />
