0 <br />17. 1. Policy <br />It is the intent of Sodexo Laundry Stockton to provide continuing supplies of clean <br />linen to all hospitals and medical office buildings in the event of any disaster either at <br />Sodexo Laundry Stockton's operating facility in Stockton or at one of Sodexo <br />Laundry Stockton's health care accounts. <br />17.2. Procedure <br />General: In addition to the plant in Stockton, Sodexo Laundry Stockton has mutual <br />disaster agreements with two Sodexo laundry facilities in Los Angeles, CA and one in <br />Phoenix, AZ. <br />17.3. Communication <br />Disaster information may emanate from several sources. Sodexo Laundry <br />Stockton and hospital management must readily and promptly keep the others <br />aware of an emergency, disaster, or impending disaster situations. Emergency <br />situations such as fire, floods or earthquakes should be communicated as soon <br />as possible. <br />Emergency/disaster at the hospital or medical office building should be <br />communicated to Sodexo Laundry Stockton, Stockton, California, at phone <br />number (209) 982-4955 during regular plant operating hours. Plant operates <br />seven days a week, 5:00 a.m. — Midnight (with the exception of Thanksgiving, <br />Christmas and New Year's holidays).
