Field Operations Policy and Procedures <br />6. If the facility has used the Refrigeration Overflow Plan (FIN-CS098) more than more <br />than 3 non-consecutive days during a six (6) month period contact the Operations <br />Support Department (FieldOpsSu�ort(c� ci-us.com) to have a refrigeration capacity <br />analysis completed and determine if additional refrigeration capacity is necessary. <br />11. Vehicle Management <br />11.1 Vehicle Scheduling <br />Policy. Professional and operational vehicle schedules must be assessed daily by the market <br />dispatcher to ensure the market maximizes the use of available resources. Vehicles are scheduled <br />for specific duties based on each vehicle's type and state of readiness. <br />Procedure. <br />1. The market dispatcher assesses resource needs each day for vehicles and schedules the <br />resources accordingly. <br />2. If said resources will be inadequate, the market dispatcher notifies their supervisor. <br />3. The supervisor secures all necessary resources to meet the next day's needs with those <br />resources scheduled by end of business day. <br />4. The market dispatcher notifies the driver or removal personnel of any scheduled transfers <br />or professional services (e.g. funeral services, visitations, airport runs) in advance. <br />5. For non-scheduled transports, the market dispatcher notifies drivers or removal personnel <br />as soon as possible. <br />6. The market vehicle dispatcher determines the most efficient routing for all operational <br />transports (e.g. multiple stops, single -purpose stops). <br />11.2 Vehicle Care and Appearance <br />Policy. All vehicles must be cleaned and adequately stocked with supplies and materials <br />relevant to their primary service. Smoking and eating are prohibited in all Company vehicles. <br />Procedure. <br />1. Professional Use Vehicles: <br />a. Wash and vacuum after each service. Vehicle exteriors are considered clean when the <br />luster of all painted and polished surfaces are unimpeded by any collection of dirt, <br />dust or road film. <br />b.
