Board of Supervisors -2- <br /> ISSUANCE OF REFUSE COLLECTION <br /> LICENSE TO ACES WASTE SERVICES, INC. <br /> ACES has filed with the Department of Public Works, the required Certificate of Insurance, <br /> Letter of Credit, and financial information per Section 5-2202 of the Ordinance Code of <br /> San Joaquin County. In addition, the firm has demonstrated its ability to comply with all <br /> applicable solid waste regulations of the County and the State to the satisfaction of the <br /> County Environmental Health Department. <br /> If issued, the license will remain in effect until cancelled by the applicant, subject to <br /> revocation by the Board, and will not be transferable. <br /> FISCAL IMPACT: <br /> The recommended actions result in no net County costs.
