Box 808, Livermore, <br /> CA 94550 -- must be postmarked no later than June 11, 1992, to be <br /> accepted. <br /> The 2,200-page Draft EIS/EIR analyzes the environmental <br /> impacts of continued operations of the laboratories. A mitigation <br /> monitoring program will accompany the Final EIS/EIR as part of the <br /> University of California's approval and certification process. <br /> Copies of the document are available in the Dublin, Livermore, <br /> Pleasanton and Tracy Public Libraries-, UC Berkeley's Charles F.
