0 <br /> Permitting Activities <br /> The facility was permitted on March 2, 1978, by the San Joaquin <br /> Local Health District with approval granted by the State Solid <br /> Waste Management Board on February 10, 1978. Other permits that <br /> conditioned the facility were Waste Discharge Requirements #74-353 <br /> (updated #85-005) issued by the California Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board - Central Valley Region and Development Plan #76-117 <br /> issued by San Joaquin county Planning Department. <br /> The lastalx-ea to receive waste, landfill K, stopped receiving waste <br /> in November 1987. Final cover was installed by June 1988.
