The following conditions <br /> imposed by the Local Health District were made a part of the approval : <br /> 1. An Environmental Health permit for operation of the motel and pool will <br /> be required form the San Joaquin Local Health Department. <br /> 2. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under a Sanitation <br /> Permit and inspection by the Local Health District. <br /> 3. Submission of detailed swimming pool plans to the San Joaquin Local Health <br /> District for approval prior to beginning construction. <br /> Since approval of the use permit included San Joaquin Local Health District <br /> conditions; you are hereby advised that the above conditions shall be met prior <br /> to utilization of the approved land use. <br /> If the decision is appealed to the Board of Supervisors, the filing of the appeal <br /> stays the issuance of the Use Permit or any other permits until the appeal has <br /> been decided by the Board. <br /> Please call this office for an inspection when the conditions have been met. <br /> Jack J.
