PROPOSITION 65 <br /> REPORT OF SUSPECTED ILLEGAL DISCHARGE OF HAZARDOUS WASTE <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> OCTOBER 6 , 1987 <br /> On October 6 , 1987 , it was brought to my attention by <br /> Richard Azevedo , Regional Water Quality Control Board , Central <br /> Valley Region , (916) 361 -5672 , that there may be dangerous levels <br /> of airborne asbestos in the area of the JM Manufacturing Plant , <br /> 1051 Sperry Road , Stockton , CA 95206 , In San Joaquin County . <br /> Since asbestos is listed as a toxic waste under <br /> California Administrative Code , Title 22 , Chapter 30 , Article 9 , <br /> Section 6680 ( d ) ( 75 ) , and since It could pose a substantial <br /> hazard to human health , I am notifying your office under the <br /> requirements of Proposition 65 .
