Any comments or recommendations you may have concerning these tentative requirements should be submitted to this office by 17 June 1974 in order that consideration may be given them prior to final action by the Regional Board. By copy of this letter we are requesting all known interested parties to also provide comments by this dates Three copies of a notice of your Application for Waste Discharge Require- ments and a statement Df posting form are enclosed. You are directed to post two copies of the notice by 23 May 1974 in conspicuous places in the locality to be affected by the proposed discharge. By 31 May 1974 you must file with this office proof of such posting. Proof of posting shall consist of a statement executed on the enclosed form. You are further directed to have this notice published in the Stockton Record for 1 day(m) , commencing not later than 23 May 1974 The expense of publication is to be paid by the discharger® By 31 May 1974 you must file with this office proof of publication.
