Additionally, a site visit made on July 7, 2006 revealed the following:
1. The low lying area south of the apex was being filled in and graded. Discontinue any
further filling of the low lying area until such time test holes are dug to explore any
presence of solid waste for proper cleanup/removal.
2. Water was being routed to the adjacent parcel to the south for animals enclosed in pins
and watering plants and trees. The EHD has not approved this use of water in accordance
with San Joaquin County Development Title 9-1115.8. The expansion for additional use
of animals or plants shall not be allowed. The plants and animals shall be used only for
personal use and not be sold to the public. Any further expansion may be subject to
enforcement action by the EHD.
If you have any questions, please contact Frank Girardi at(209) 953-7868.
Robert McClellon, Supervisor REHS
Environmental Health Department
cc: John Macanas—CIWMB
John Lane, Ground Zero Analysis, 1714 Main Street,Escalon, CA 95320
