Anderson & Associates, Inc. (NOA) has prepared this Operation and <br /> Management Plan (0&M Plan) for the residence located at 3519 Morefield Avenue, <br /> Stockton, California. The residence is within 1,000 feet of the boundary of a disposal <br /> area. This residence is designed with methane gas sensors located within the house <br /> and garage. <br /> 2.0 POLICY <br /> • The methane mitigation system will need to be maintained and operated in a <br /> manner that assures compliance with regulatory agencies. <br /> • Residents shall be instructed and trained on how to monitor the readings and <br /> what to do in case of an alarm. Practice a home exit plan with the residences <br /> (Section 7.0). <br /> • A copy of this 0&M Plan shall be available for all residents and owners of the <br /> property. Residents shall be familiar with its contents and will be trained in <br /> operating the system. <br /> • In case of a problem with the system, appropriate corrective actions need to be <br /> conducted immediately. <br /> 3.0 DESCRIPTION OF SYSTEM OPERATION <br /> The methane sensors detect any build up of gases within the residence or garage. <br /> 4.0 SENSOR ACTIVATION (WHAT TO DO WHEN I HEAR AN ALARM) <br /> The system includes interior building sensors. The interior building sensors have alarms <br /> built into them. Please familiarize yourself to these alarms and what to do when one <br /> activates.
