UP-90-2 of Reclamation District <br /> No. 2038 and the Port of Oakland <br /> After reviewing your letter dated December 5 , 1989 , in which you <br /> requested an extension of time to submit the materials required <br /> to deem your Use Permit application complete , the Planning <br /> Division has decided to withdraw the application. That <br /> withdrawal will allow you to take as much time as is necessary to <br /> gather the remainder of the required material, thus avoiding <br /> further delays in the start of processing and requests for <br /> extensions. At such time that you have all the information, the <br /> application will be reinitiated and processing will begin. <br /> The information submitted to date fulfills the requirements for <br /> items 3 through 7 in Bruce Baracco' s deficiency letter to the <br /> Reclamation District ( dated August 18 , 1989 ) .
