P <br /> CLEANUP & ABATEMENT <br /> ARCADY OIL COMPANY <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY -3- <br /> b) Within 15 days of the approval of this study plan by <br /> the Board, start implementation of the plan , and <br /> complete the investigation within 120 days of plan <br /> approval by the Board. Submit a report describing <br /> the completed investigation with all data within 15 <br /> days of completion of the investigation. <br /> 3 . Upon completion of the investigation in 2b above to the <br /> satisfaction of the Board, develop and implement an <br /> action plan including cleanup and abatement measures, <br /> under the direction of a California registered civil <br /> engineer or engineering geologist , according to the <br /> following time schedules <br /> a) Within 15 days of board approval of the completed <br /> Investigation, submit, for approval by the Board, an <br /> action plan with a time schedule for 1) the removal <br /> of all waste materials which do not conform to item <br /> A4 of Board Order 76-152 and all soils which have <br /> been contaminated by the site or remedial action to <br /> prevent further contamination of soils and/or ground <br /> water which has been found to be polluted as a <br /> result of disposal practices at the site, and 2) the <br /> cleanup of ground water which has been polluted by <br /> the disposal of wastes at the site. <br /> b ) Start implementation of the approved action plan <br /> within 15 days of approval by the Board. <br /> c ) Submit a report of progress 30 days after starting <br /> implementation of the action plan and thereafter <br /> every three months. <br /> fid) Complete the project to the satisfaction of the <br /> Board, according to the approved time schedule in <br /> the action plan. <br /> WILLIAM H.
