CALIFORNIA REGIONAL WATER QUALITY CONTROL BOARD <br /> CENTRAL VALLEY REGION <br /> REVISED MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM NO. 76-152 <br /> FOR <br /> ARCADY OIL COMPANY <br /> CLASS III DRILLING MUD DISPOSAL SITE <br /> HOLT, SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> MONITORING <br /> SOLID AND LIQUID WASTE (MONTHLY) <br /> The Discharger shall monitor the incoming drilling muds for the following: <br /> Quantity Received <br /> (cubic yards Type of Location of <br /> Date and/or gallons) Material Disposal <br /> In addition, drilling mud samples shall be collected from each solar evaporation <br /> pond monthly and analyzed for the following: <br /> Constituents (mg/1) <br /> Sample Oil & <br /> Date Location pH EC CI Cr+3 Cr+6 As Grease <br /> Monthly solar pond monitoring reports shall be submitted to the Regional Board by <br /> the 15th day of each month, commencing on 15 February 1953. <br /> GROUND WATER (QUARTERLY)* <br /> Ground water monitoring wells shall be constructed in accordance with the specifi- <br /> cations given in Attachment. "A" of this monitoring program.
