ARCADY OIL COMPANY <br /> CLASS III DRILLING MUD DISPOSAL SITE <br /> HOLT, SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY -2- <br /> STREAM WATER MONITORING (QUARTERLY)* <br /> Sampling shall be conducted quarterly in Whiskey-Trapper Slough at the locations <br /> which have been approved by staff as shown on Attachment "B". Samples shall be <br /> analyzed for the following: <br /> Total <br /> Date Station Hardness EC pH TDS <br /> CONSTITUENTS (mg/1) <br /> Cl Cr+3 Cr+6 As Mn Fe Zn <br /> Proposed wells shown on Attachment "B" shall be constructed accordingly to the <br /> following schedule: <br /> Task Compliance Date <br /> Submit Well Construction Plans I February 1983 <br /> Construct Well Nos. 1 and12 1 March 1983 <br /> Upon the completion of construction of monitoring wells, ground water and <br /> stream water monitoring shall commence and be conducted on a monthly basis <br /> during the first quarter of reporting, after which the quarterly analysis shall <br /> apply for the duration of the program. <br /> REPORTING <br /> In reporting the monitoring data, the Discharger shall arrange the data <br /> in tabular <br /> form so that the date, the constituents, and the concentrations are readily <br /> discernible. The data sLiall be summarized in such a manner to illustrate clearly <br /> the compliance with waste discharge requirements. <br /> Quarterly monitoring reports shall be submitted to the Regional Board by the 15th <br /> day following the calendar quarter. <br /> If.-wastes with constituents which are not included in the solar evaporation ponds <br /> ground water and stream water monitoring program are discharged, the program shall <br /> be expanded to include those constituents . <br /> The results of any monitoring done more frequently than required at the locations <br /> specified in the Monitoring and Reporting Program shall be reported to the Board .- <br />
