JARRETT <br />City Clerk <br />City Hall <br />Stockton, California <br />1976 <br />This is to inform you that on July 8, 1976, the Board of Supervisors <br />of San Joaquin County by their Resolution, R-76-3915, annexed certain <br />real property owned by the City of Stockton and commonly known as <br />"Austin Road Waste Disposal Site Annexation - A-1-76" to the City <br />of Stockton. <br />A certified copy of the above mentioned resolution was recorded <br />in the office of the County Recorder of San Joaquin County on August <br />5, 1976, as Instrument No. 40121. The official document was filed <br />by the Secretary of State on August 9, 1976; annexation is effective <br />as of August 9, 1976. <br />ARRETT <br />CITY CLERK <br />
