BEFO HE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF TF&OUNIT OF SAN JOAQUIN, STATE OF CALIFORNIA R-76-3915 RESOLUTION ANNEXING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY OWNED BY THE CITY OF STOCKTON AND COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE "AUSTIN ROAD WASTE DISPOSAL SITE ANNEXATION - A-1-76" TO THE CITY OF STOCKTON, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA R WHEREAS, on on April 27, 1976, there was filed with this Board of Supervisors by the City Council of the City of Stockton, a Municipal Corporation of the State of California, a written petition for annexation to the City of Stockton of certain real property owned by the•City of Stockton and commonly known as the "Austin Road Waste Disposal Site Annexation - A-1-76"; and, WHEREAS, said petition contains a legal description of the territory sought to be annexed and requests its annexation to'the City of Stockton pursuant to the provisions of Sections 35200-35213, inclusive, of the Government Code of the State of a ` Califdrnla; and, WHEREAS, on the 1st day of June, 1976, this Board of Supervisors adopted a resolution firing Thursday, the 8th day of July, 1976, as the time for hearing the petition and the protests of taxpayers thereto and directing the Clerk of this . d Board to give notice of such hearing to be held before this Board of Supervisors on Thursday, the 8th day of July, 1976, at the hour of 1:30 p.m. in the Chambers of the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Joaquin on the Seventh Floor of the County Courthouse, 222 East Weber Avenue, Stockton, California, by pub- lication of such notice in the Stockton Record, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published in the County of San Joaquin, for fi.vc consecutive days beginning on June 14, 1976; and, WHEREAS, this matter came on regularly for hearing this 8th day of July, 1976, at i.ho hour of 1:30 p.m. before this Board of Supervisors; and, ENDORSED FE)r'' is71.cc: CM COE1tclG — 1 — Jt1i.
