Resolution No <br />STOCKTON CITY COUNCIL <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE AUSTIN ROAD WASTE DISPOSAL SITE <br />REORGANIZATION (A-84-1) INCLUDING ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF <br />STOCKTON AND DETACHMENT FROM THE COLLEGEVILLE FIRE PROTECTION <br />DISTRICT. <br />WHEREAS preliminary proceedings for the above -entitled <br />proposal were initiated by Resolution No. 40,911 of the City <br />of Stockton, adopted on July 30, 1984; and <br />WHEREAS, the Local Agency Formation Commission of San <br />Joaquin County on August 24, 1984, adopted Resolution No. 623 <br />authorizing the City of Stockton to complete proceedings on the <br />above -entitled proposal without notice and hearing in accordance <br />with Section 56439.5 of the District Reorganization Act; now <br />therefore <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STOCKTON, AS.__ <br />FOLLOWS: <br />That in exercise of the discretion and authority of <br />Section 56439.5 of the Government Code, the Council of the City <br />of Stockton hereby orders the AUSTIN ROAD WASTE DISPOSAL SITE <br />REORGANIZATION (A-84-1) including annexation to the City'of <br />Stockton and detachment of affected territory from the <br />Collegeville Fire Protection District, the boundaries for <br />said proposal being as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached <br />hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 29th day of <br />October 1984. <br />JR LL 7R DY" RONK, ayor <br />ty of t ckton <br />ATTEST: <br />FRANCES HONG, City Cler <br />City of Stockton <br />
