A-84-1 <br />TO THE CITY OF STOCKTON <br />All that certain piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being <br />in the City of Stockton, County of San Joaquin, State of California, <br />in a portion of Section 3, T1S, R7E, M.D.B.& M., and more partic- <br />ularly described as follows, to -wit: <br />Commencing at the section corner common to Sections 2 and 3, T1S, <br />R7E, M.D.B.& 24. and Sections 34 and 35, T1N, R7E, M.D.B.& M.; thence <br />westerly along the northerly line of said Section 3, T1S, R7E, <br />M.D.B.& M. said northerly line being the Mount Diablo base line, a <br />distance of three hundred and sixty-five (365) feet, more or less, <br />to a point, said point being on the center line of the north branch <br />of the south fork of Little Johns Creek, said point also being the <br />Point of Beginning of the hereinafter described piece or parcel of <br />land; thence continuing westerly along the northerly line of said <br />Section 3, and said base line, to the NW corner of the NE 1/4 of the <br />NPr' 1/4 of said Section 3; thence southerly along the westerly line <br />of the E 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of said Section 3, to a point on the <br />center line of said north branch of the south fork of Little Johns <br />Creek; thence meandering easterly, along said center line of said <br />north branch of the south fork of Little Johns Creek upstream to a <br />point on said northerly line of said Section 3, as hereinbefore <br />referred to, the POINT OF BEGINNING. <br />Containing 90.91 acres, more or less. <br />RECO.MWENDED OPPROW.L AS TO PES'2:PT!O1j My. <br />County Sutreyw�f <br />v <br />
